Spec D headlights (garbage, Do not buy) replaced bulb with H7 80W Osram Off Road bulb so I could actually see. The lights they send do not put off any light at all and it's impossible to see anything at night... TOYO Open County AT III's (smooth ride, not loud) with Matte Black 17-In. TRD PRO Wheels Plasti dipped emblems and Bull Bar (Lasted about 2 years, need to spray them again)
I picked up some more electrical connectors, plugged it in, No Fog Lights... Headlights on, High Beams work, Ignition key is in the ON position... switched it back to the way it was, Still No Fog Lights... So, any suggestions on how to get my Fog Lights working again?!
I opened the Fuse Box and found the fuse for the fog lights 15amp, and it is still good and not blown... What else could be the problem?

Ok so you switched things back to the original wiring configuration, but did you try to turn the fogs on with the LOW beams?

yes, original configuration, low beams on, tried high beams, pushed fog light button in, pushed it out, checked 15 amp fuse in large fuse box next to the small one and fuse is not broken, turned ignition on, No Fog Lights at all now...

Wow. You might try turning on the low beams and then have someone else push the fog light button while you see if the fog light relay is clicking. If it is not, there is probably a small control fuse, maybe 5 A or 7.5 A blown in the large fuse panel under the hood. You may have accidently shorted the two wires or taken one to ground. Easy considering Toyota is switching the negative and not the 12V positive wire that comes directly from the Low/High beam headlight relay.

Worst case, check all the fuses under 15A.

That's all I have without actually being there. Good luck.

Ok, I checked all fuses in the large box (All are good, even the fuses larger than 15A. I thought maybe I spliced the wires too much or maybe I cut off too much of the wire, so I spliced them again and made sure the connections were tight. I've spliced the red wire too many times now, so it just barely fits... I was thinking of moving the Relay box to the lower empty slot, but that would incur removing the larger thicker dark and light green wires unless I were to just cut them off (might be worth a shot or a waste of time?!)
Then I got to thinking, wait, my daytime running orange lights next to my headlights don't come on until I release the parking brake and put into first gear (maybe manual transmissions are different??!) but that did not work either. Could I have damaged the Blue Relay Box?!
I tried plugging it back in after Re splicing wires to the way it was and still no fog lights when my truck is ON and engine running with E Brake disengaged and in First gear (Headlights ON, Fog Light button pushed IN, Tried with Lights OFF and still no fog lights) My truck is a 2013 Access Cab, TRD Sport, 6 speed manual, 4x4 if that makes a difference.

Then this morning I saw someone on the TTE Facebook Group posted his 07 Tacoma Anytime Fog Light setup (His picture below), but my Fog Light Relay is in the small box and his was in the Large Fuse Box... So his wiring is different. The Relay in this picture is My AI Valve Relay according to my Fuse Diagram.FB_IMG_1519150665805.jpg

Well first, your wires are different than mine. swapping the blue and red wires will not accomplish anything since they both go to the relay coil.

In the picture below, I swapped the green and red wires. The green wire has +12v on it when the ignition is on. This is what supplies power to the coil of the relay.

Your relay box does not have the small green and white wires because it did not come pre-wired for seat heaters, so another source of +12v must be used. I believe the red wire comes directly from the high/low beam relay and should only have +12v when the low beams are on. This is what prevents the fog lights from turning on with the high beams.

It is possible you damaged either the fog light relay of even the high/low beam headlight relay. It should be easy to check both of these.

For the fog light relay you can run 12v + and - to the coil terminals (a 9v battery will probably pull this in) the relay should click. You should be able to read 0 ohms across the contact terminals (where the larger wires connect). If the relay will not click or if it does and you cannot read across the contact terminals, try replacing the relay.

For the high/low beam relay, turn on your low beams and you should be able to read +12v between the red wire and ground. If you don't, it is possible that relay is bad.

I wish I could offer more assistance, but your wiring is a little different than mine

Let me see if I can help out here!
@Lostome311, I too saw the @oOSHADOWoOo foglight mod and wanted to use his stealth set up but my 2013 TRD Sport fuse boxes look just like yours and I can't get under it with all the wiring. Therefore, my second option which I am doing in a couple of days is following ND4's diagram https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...no-splicing-no-bending-100-reversible.309407/ our fuse boxes are the same.

Looks like I have a little reading to do to figure out how to do this on my 18. I like running my fogs with my DRL's sometimes.

    Thanks OP!

I just put mine to running lights setting and I still have the DRL's on and can turn the fogs on/off just fine. No need to mod, just turn it one more click.

No I haven't, which is a shame because I just installed some pretty cool LED pods in there. You figure it out let me know!

I have a '12 DCSB 4x4 OR just like the OP but I don't have wiring for heated seats. Weird. So I'm wanting to do the version of this where I cut the red w/black stripe wire and tap it into the green wire +12V for the AC inverter. Deal is, I have that wire already cut and going to the battery +12V for the inverter any time mod! Sooooo my question is 2 parts:
    1) if I tap the fog light red w/black stripe into the green +12V wire (that's now a constant hot from battery), this will make the fogs come on any time the switch is pressed regardless if ignition is on or not, correct?
    Or
    2) if I decide I want to tap the fog light red w/black stripe into a different wire other than the green +12V for the AC inverter, which wire in the same small fuse box can I tap into?

Really looking forward to getting this done. Thanks!

That's right. You just need a +12V wire that's constantly hot. None of those mods actually draw much of any current from that 12V wire (they drive relay coils, not the actual loads) so it is fine to have them both share 12V from that green wire.

Trying to figure this out on a 2015 4x4 with convenience & tow package.

Problem: I have no AC Inverter, so no wire to tap into. See photo -

Where could I tap into for power?

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Just completed this on my 2012 DCLB TRD S 4x4. Super easy and clean. I really wasn't a fan of the other splicing/bending/etc.

I used a pair of fine point tweezers to bend the plastic tabs back, as shown
    DSC_0012.jpg

Also, the factory fog light diagram that I used to triple check everything
