Fog Lights?

Does anyone out there know what to modify to get the fog lights to turn on with just the parking lights? I hate the fact that the head lights have to be on for the fogs to work.

I thought this mod was on this forum also but I cannot seem to find it. You can find instructions at the url below. It does not do exactly as you request but it is close. You can turn on the fog lights at any time, using the switch, regardless of whether the headlights are on or not. Good luck!
