    Welcome to tacomaworld:wave:

Are they the stock fog lights?
They may be designed for halogen use. :notsure:
If that's the case putting led or hid may scatter the light or blind oncoming traffic?

Are you looking for a single LED bulb replacement? You can retrofit with pods from @CaliRaisedLed if that's the route you'd like to take.

LEDs work quite well in the stock fog light housings. Very good light pattern and no scatter. Lots of discussion on this subject on this site.

Do you use these on the road? And if you do, get pulled over?

Yes just aim them down to where your fog lights should be aiming for road purposes. I had mine aimed up for rural driving w/ no oncoming traffic and would flick them off whenever a car came in the opposite direction. Worked for me and my $80 / pair headlights since I don't need light in the city at night.

For all you that have the cali leds, any night time light output pics? Do they seem well built? If I'm getting the pricing right, these are $80 for a pair. Quite a bit cheaper than Rigids, but you know the sayings - buy once cry once and you get what you pay for. I will say that the brackets look like a well thought out design. I read a thread on the rigids and for a vehicle specific fitment they require some bumper trimming. Maybe rigid leds in the cali brackets.

I had them up next to my neighbor's rigids and there was a difference in output, but for the price difference, especially when I could get twice as many lights for the same price, I couldn't justify the extra cost (he got them for $100 at an expo though). Here's the output from mine.

Thanks, very well done write up. Can't say I'm impressed with the fogs though. In your pic labeled "fogs", showing the out put, the beam patterns look very mismatched from each other. The l & r light have very different levels of brightness from each other at the same distances. At first I was going to ask if you had aimed them yet, but judging from the pic, both beams appear to hit the ground in front of the truck at the same distance.

Take into account that I was using my crappy phone camera at an odd angle. I took some out in the desert that are at least from inside the cab. I'll try to find them.
