Way easier than you'd think, and I think makes the biggest different in quality. I don't do the low carb thing though.

No knead, even easier! But you can buy dough balls from the store too. Flour on the counter, roll them out, slap 'em in a pan.

You're right, I'm always worried about my dough rolling skills. And it falling apart. Haha.

Making dough is actually fairly simple, flour, yeast, water, salt. Doesn't take long, maybe 15 minutes, then it is a waiting game while it rises, gets knocked back, rolled (another 15 minutes). Even easier if you have a stand mixer to do the mixing/kneeding.

    Worth giving it a try.

550 sear temp fire box, 2 minutes, flip, 2 to 3 minutes, move inside grill, when it reaches 125, sear 1 more time for about 30 seconds, remove, cover, let it sit for about 20 minutes. Cuts like butter and was absolutely amazing. Fed all 3 of us with some garlic mashed potatoes, cowboy beans with bacon and a homemade apple pie.

I have other sources, but ask the pizza folks at WF, many stores will sell the dough balls ready to go. I buy the wheat ones from my local place when I’m inclined and my son likes the ones from Aldi’s.
