Here is my new truck. It's an '02 v6 auto 4x4 with 66530 mi. I paid $12,000 on a private sale. I live in Maine near the coast so the frame rust issues have begun to set in. I'm guessing it will still pass for a couple more years before a changeout will be needed. It needs tires so I ordered a set of Firestone destination AT's from Tire Rack. So far what I've done is fix the blinking dome light (loose pivot screw on switch) Got rid of E brake light on dash ( oiled spring on cable holder under truck) Windsheild washer not working (loose connector on pump) Oil on dipstick way over top mark.(drained out about 3/4 of a Qt. what a mess half of it went down my sleeve!) Greased driveshaft (counted 8 zerks altogether) Phew! enough for one day. It doesn't have a tow hitch so that will be another job later. It was a good buy IMO. A bit of a compromise between a car, truck and 4 wheel rig but I like it. Wifey and princess can drive it too since it's an automatic. This website has helped me out a lot with good info. Thanx, Phil C

Good deal! Just curious, why are you waiting to get the frame inspected?
