Four months waiting on Prinsu Cabrack via Tacoma Lifestyle

I ordered a Prinsu Cabrack, light bar kit, and some tie down hardware from Tacoma Lifestyle, received my order confirmation on March 22nd, and have yet to receive my rack. When the light bar showed up (late April) I emailed asking if they had a shipping estimate, and was told it should have arrived by now.

Since then I've gone back and forth with someone at Tacoma Lifestyle but still can't seem to get very clear answers on what's going on. Their website says 3-4 week lead time, Prinsu's says 2-3 week lead time.

Are most folks waiting 4+ months to receive racks right now? I know they are still backed up due to COVID (and I also know Tacoma Lifestyle is probably a small and busy operation) but Tacoma Lifestyle told me two months ago it would ship "any minute now", and I see new reviews being posted to their site for cabracks so it seems like other people are receiving them.
