Got them July of last year. Went to the beach 100 times, washed them off each time with no issues. Fast forward to March 2016 after 2 snow storms they are rusted and full of corrosion. Really not happy about this considering the amount of money spent. It looks like I am going to take them out remove the springs and clean and polish the shock bodies. Anyone else been threw this?

Rusting can be an issue, especially on the east coast. Might be too late for your current shocks, but to help prevent any future rust or corrosion on your shocks or other components I would suggest looking into getting a can of MavCoat SteelShield.
