Seems like the bushings are too wide to fit into the total chaos, lower control, arm, anybody else have this problem?

The only thing I could think of is the TC LCA calls for an 1.25" eyelet and your coilover is a 1.5" eyelet

I had the same issue when installing on OEM LCA’s. I read that Fox makes the tolerance tight for the shock mount but a rubber mallet got it in with some work.

    All the things!
    Normal.

Make sure the lower bushing is as aligned as possible. Place a jack under the LCA and jack it up into position. Just had to do this with my TC LCA and King 2.5's.

You may also want to put a clamp on the lower bushings and make sure the misalignment spacers are fully seated.

Just saw you have rubber lower bushings and not spherical bearings.
