    Before this descends into a political melee (which I enjoy from time to time), I'll say this is once again the government putting it's nose where it doesn't belong. I'm certainly concerned about the growing number of overweight children today; however, a "nanny" state is not the solution and never will be! Those who rely on our government to make decisions for them are pathetic and deserve the consequences of surrendering their liberties.
