Odd thread to be asking this question, not to mention a post from over 5 years ago. Anyway, to answer your question, yes they are still doing frame swaps, but they only go to 12 years from date of first use (so your 06 is SOL).

I had my annual frame inspection done this week. It was inspected, treated with the CRC.

The frame was inspected and given a thumbs-up/no trouble found. Note: Re-application/touch ups of the CRC is/are not included as part of this inspection. I checked their work today and noted the oblong seal on the inner passenger side of the boxed section of the frame was missing. Drivers' side in place. I'm assuming there should one on both sides, and I have a call in asking them to confirm. I found this thread today looking for that info. Noting that all the seal part number and kits numbers here (Thank You!) I decided to check the service invoice from last year to check if there were any part numbers on it: There are. Thought it might help someone some day. I don't believe they match anything already here. I entered these parts numbers on the Boch South parts website and they all came up as valid. Here they are:

1 04008-07735 Plug hole kit, CRC A
1 04008-21104 Plug hole kit, CRC AP
2 90950-01987 Plug, hole

I'll figure out if all of them are in place using the pics in here while I'm doing my fall Fluid-Film and paint touch ups and I'll just order them myselfM I'm also going to address the cab mount holes.

NOTE: A few here in the forum have noted one of the frame lamination areas (middle?) on both sides was not treated wih CRC. (Mine wasn't either.) Checking it today, there is rust now developing there >>on the passenger side only<< that was not there last year. It's fairly minor but it gives you pause. I will be treating these laminations aggressively with paint, Fluid Film and likely a coating red Lucas chassis grease. Check those areas on your truck soon.

There’s like 5 part numbers in this thread?
Any update to a new part number that’s good for the 2012-2015 kit.
