I'n not making excuses for the dealer, but when people say thing like had a little A/C work done and a check engine light fixed the scope of that work can be anywhere from hundreds to thousands of dollars worth of work. I can't be outraged until I see an invoice for what that work entailed.

    Same shit happened to me.
The dealership I went to are scam artist, over lapping labor, only over priced oem parts, guys working in the shop that have no idea what in the he'll they are doing(I meet the guy)
No accountability at all,and I know accountability.....took three months, alignment was not performed and brakes were not bleed(pedal to the floor)
I have contacted Toyota,a lawyer and the dealership.
At the end I just fixed it all,I really want to burn that place down but that will not fix my truck.
I will continue to troll there internet space and warn others, but at the end of the day I got a brand new frame for free...
I might just go hang out in there waiting area for service customer and talk just dog shit to who ever will listen.
If my kids would have been with me when I picked that truck up......there mite have been gun shots heard..
Its not over by a long shot, they fucked with the wrong man....
