Nope. Way too hot outside to crawl on driveway under truck at 110F.

Post pictures of the OEM ones and results after the change.
I plan on using the OEM jack with 4x4 wood posts to lift it up off the frame to replace the bumpers. Can you kind of measure what length I need for the posts from the top of the OEM jack to the lifting point please?

I've been having a clicking noise for a long time and I figured I would start with this... good thing too as both my mounts were worn through in 35k miles. So far so good, no more clicking! I had to use a pry bar on the driver side and I figured I would share where I used it since it took me a while to figure out! Also, I ordered 2 kits but you only need one of the energy suspension 9.4101G

I have the click too, for about the last 5000 miles. Question: is there anything about the Energy parts that prevent this from reoccurring? I feel like with the need to pry that there must be some inherent misalignment and that may lead to this repeating itself in due time.

20190804_170453.jpg Just did mine today. Took about 2 hours. Mostly because of the damn splash guard/wheel well not going in the right place and sweating my cashews off. All in all, pretty easy, awesome write up, thank you for the step by step, really worked. Took it for a test drive but I feel like I still hear the noise, idk if I am going crazy, but the truck feels a lot better. I have to check my side step bolts and see if they are loose, or maybe something else that is loose. Anyone else find that they still hear something after the change? I'm at 33,000 miles, very little off roading, and the bushings were fairly worn down.

So drove it today to work and noticed the noise is still there! Starting to get annoyed by it, gonna look under it in a few days when I have more time to try and diagnose it. Anybody have any idea of what else can be making this noise? Someone mentioned spring perches? Not too familiar with those, can anyone send a picture of the spring perch on our truck and where to lube it up. Cannot find any pictures of tacoma perches online. Thanks in advance!

I check back on this thread once in a while since my 2018 starting "creaking"
I have found the bottom on the front coil springs collect dirt and creak. A little wd40 shuts it up.

This is a Pic of my front coils. You can see the bottom coil/perch looks oily, from wd40. My alley is gravel and super dusty/gritty, I blame my shitty alley.. But wheeling will do it also

Thanks man, I'm gonna check it out when I get out of work today if there is still light. Working 12 hour shifts makes it hard to work on these things haha. If I dont find the problem soon il just roll the truck into a pond and walk away. :mudding::mudding::sadviolin:
