On mine, the metal sleeve is installed over the nipple on the left (larger one). It's not so important which one as they mate together. That just leaves the smaller one without nipple or sleeve. Which one you're missing can be determined by how they match up to the washers - large one or small one?

Hopefully this helps - I've only installed one side so far.

You need to lift the body portion up enough to squeeze the bushing in. The sleeve will then sit within the hole in the mount.

There are so many part numbers in this thread so which one is the correct one to use?

    I used 9.4101G

It did not fix my truck. I suspect I have an issue with the LF strut assy

Did the swap this afternoon. Job was very easy. Spent more time fighting with the fender well liner than the actual bushings. Had no problems aligning the holes either. Truck is '16 OR with 49K miles on it. Bushings seemed totally fine but swapped them out anyway.

    However,
it still did not fix my problem. I am having a clicking noise at low speeds (less than 5 mph) whenever I hit the brakes. It's a double click that goes click click whenever I hit the breaks but only at low speeds. Driver or reverse does not matter. I checked the torque on the LCA bolts and they were fine. I guess next I'll take out the front brake pads and lube them up. Aside from that I don't have much else to try. Any suggestions? Tomorrow I will try to get the sound on video and will probably create a new thread asking for help.

Sounds like brake pad slap. Google or search on here, you will discover it is common. Some have had luck adding a second wire clip to the brake assembly.

Interesting. I’d seen that a few times before in my searches. I feel like it wasn’t always like this. Is this a noise that gets worse over time as the pads wear?

I just tried to install the bushings, I'm afraid to jack it up too high to get the upper bushing in. I can hear some popping noise and still need to go roughly another 1/2 inch. Anyone have problems with going too high?

I may have missed it, but does anyone have the factory part numbers? Bushings, bolts, washers, nuts. I can't seem to find a diagram for the body mounts.

So originally I thought I was chasing down body mount issues, but it turned out to be tiny pebbles and rocks stuck between the front coil-over spring perches. Cleaned out the junk and noises are gone.

I have ordered and got the new bushings. Debating when to install them, too hot outside for work under truck.
Anyhow, I have a few questions before I get into it:
    - where is a good spot to lift the cabin off the mount without bending stuff?
    - how hard is to lift the cabin off?
    - how long are the 4X4 supports to lift the cabin? I will use 2 OEM jacks (mine and one from wife's Camry)
    - since I will replace both bushings, would be a good idea to lift and remove both sides at the same time? In this way the cab will not torque and screws could align in easier.
    Input appreciated.

    In order :

    - There is a flat spot you can use right next to the mount. You'll see it.
    - Not hard. Truck sits on the ground, you'll use a jack to lift the body. Turn steering to get the wheel out of the way.
    - At least 18-24". You need a floor jack and a wooden post or something similar.
    - One at a time. Lift the minimum amount to get the bushings out.

Did mine in about 35 minutes. I have a bumper so easier to get to. Mine are not even that worn but I’m surprised of the difference that it actually made.
