    excuse the picture quality

this is the last thing between me and a pro grille install, any ideas? the screw is so tiny that i can’t get enough grip with any pliers and i’m terrified to strip this thing further.

Cut a slot with a dremel and go from there.

It’s like the screws Toyota uses on the idle control valves. P3 bit with a long handle and push down while you’re doing that.

Check out the Knipex TwinGrip pliers. They have saved me from going the dremel route many times.

Yep -- they are great too. I own both. The Knipex have a much narrower head that let's you access tighter spots. So I usually recommend them first but you can't go wrong with either

yeah, the teeth on the others runs perpendicular to the screw head, so better grippiness.

The screw that needs to come off for the gas cap holder is a royal pain in the ass. Shredded that thing with a screwdriver. P2 impact bit on a Milwaukee (or whatever the hell I have) impact driver and that thing came out no problem.

Give 'em a whack. Might just need an impact drive. Betcha you could find one set up at Home Cheapo as a demo unit or something.
