Alright, here's a question for folks much more knowledgeable than me in the ways of truck mechanics:

I have a 3" suspension lift/level on my 2000 Tacoma 4x4, and I'm getting some pretty nasty vibrations/"whirring" at any speed above 40mph. I feel it in the floor of the truck (i.e. with my heels) and slightly in the steering wheel. What could this be and how do I take care of it?

    Front lift specs:
5100s (set at 0") with Eibach coils
    Differential drop kit
    Light Racing UCAs

    Rear lift specs:
    5100s
    Toytec AAL
    3-degree axle shims

    Things to note:
I just added the LR UCAs and Eibach springs 2 weeks ago and that's when this started. Before that, I had the 5100s set at 2.5" on the OEM springs and only had a minor vibration from the rear driveline between 40 and 55 (but I think a carrier bearing drop would cure that)

Three weeks ago, I swapped out my OEM 15x7 Toyota Alloys with 15x8 Eagle Alloys (and kept the same tires -- BFG TA KO)

I bought a grease gun and lubed all the fittings on the front/rear driveline and seems to have smoothed things out only the tiniest bit (but I thought I'd start with the cheap/easy stuff first)

    Thoughts?

This may be a dumb question.. but did you have it aligned after all of this??
