Have a 18' TRD Pro and this squeak started a few thousand miles ago, 36k miles currently. It seems like its coming from the front passenger side and i cant find where its coming from. When im under the truck it sounds like its coming from the top, when the hood is open, it sounds like its coming from the bottom. When the truck is parked on a slight incline, front faces up the hill, it doesnt make any noise at all, only on straight roads or bumps. heres a video i just took with me just bouncing the truck with one hand.

    Any ideas?

Sounds like UCA. Start with a little spray lube (wd40) spray small area's at a time, like front od uca, bounce it, then back, ect. To you find what is causing the speak/creaking.

I've seen fender welds cause this. A body man grabbed it and bent it for me and made the noise go away haha.

Here could be causing it, you'll need to put your hand on where ever the noise is and try to isolate to where it is.

The front body mounts, upper control arms, hood hinges, all could cause this.

As stated you need to have someone bounce it while you’re looking for the origin. That could be a seized ball joint but I doubt with with such low mileage, to me it sounds more like a body panel or something.

I've had this same squeak come up on my truck just yesterday (I think the squeak gremlins are out to get both of us). Any bumps or undulations under ~15mph make a similar sounding squeak from a similar area on my '21 TRD-OR with ~5,700 miles.

I want to say that it's the radiator mount bushings or the front body mounts but I haven't been able to narrow it down yet. See these two older posts on those bushings:
I'm probably just going to schedule a service appointment for next week and get it looked at. Hopefully it's covered under warranty :fingerscrossed: .

did either of you figure out your issue? i have done body mounts and have checked all bolts but control arm so far. that is the next thing to try. I recently had the bumper cover off by a paint shop getting some damage fixed and asked them to put rubber washers on the bolts of the bumper crash bar. and about two weeks after the paint shop i went from a random squeak/groam to very frequent random squeaks that i can now duplicate by just rocking the truck

I figured out that it was the driver side radiator support bushing (front body mount). I didn’t think there was anything wrong with it either but you can’t see the damage until you take the bolt and bushing off. Super easy to change out there are a lot of threads about it.

Did you replace all of them at once or one at a time? An issue that contributes to these bushing wear is the cab is normally misaligned. If you loosen all the body mounts and rock the cab and make sure the fronts go in smooth with no prying and then tighten back. Just replacing the bushing normally doesn’t last long. I’ve replaced a set already at 25k and it’s hard getting in one side. Next replacement in the spring I’ll loosen all the mounts and replace the fronts

yes i replaced them all at the same time. I didnt rock the cab but i did wait to torque them all after all were replaced. i used energy suspension. hope i didnt damage those but noise sounds like its in the lower control arm bushing or ball joint area. have to wait for stethoscope because the damn army destroyed my hearing

If anyone is interested, I may have found my squeak.

from the looks of my lower shock bushings I’m guessing that’s my problem. Won’t know for sure for a week when I have time to get the new ones back in.

also debating on wether to do my lower control arms while I’m there. I bought new ones thinking that was my problem and found the shocks when I was tearing it apart

I had this same job done along with the springs to stop the horrible squaeking on my Tacoma. Did the work at 21k under warranty. 27k right now and I hear it again on the p/s. Same sound as before in the beginning stages. Going back in when it becomes more pronounced so dealer won't just deny it.

If it’s happened once maybe they will just fix them or it may be the radiator area body bushings or lca

My truck is having similar issues. Told the dealer about it at the last service. They are going to replace the P side coil. Kinda weird to need that with only 21k miles
