Front end suspension making odd sound

Need help diagnosing a thuds and pop sounds in my suspension. It is very noticeable when it has rained and everything is wet for some reason. When I make hard turns or even slowly roll over a ditch something with my suspension or around it makes a pop sound. I have OME suspension front and back but the front is what mainly makes the noise. I am not running a sway bar was wondering if that was making the frame flex causing the popping sound. I have been under my truck several times to try and see anything out of the ordinary but still nothing. Anyone else had a similar problem or can direct me where to possibly look next. Sorry this is so vague.

Found this thread after I continued to search. Same problem I am having and only when it's wet. Looks like I need to check the lower control arm and brake dust covers.
