Google and/or search on here. Been discussed many times before.. Not much to it other than use real good blades ($$$) and expect it to take a while

You will most likely have to cut the head and the nut off the cam bolt. Then you can remove the Lower Control Arm. You will likely have to replace both the LCA and the cam bolt because what is causing your problem is the cam bolt corroding inside the bushing in the LCA. You might be able to hammer what's left of the bolt out once the LCA is out, but the corrosion in the bushing makes it not advisable to re-use.

I would highly recommend OEM replacement parts. Aftermarket stuff is generally pretty shoddy.

Diablo demon blades and a good sawzall for the cutting, the factory hardware is resilient

    OEM arms for replacement

Something like the Bison tabs or the TacoTabs for the replacement alignment hardware (I love my tacotabs)

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR INPUT GUYS. I’m pretty New and I’m Old School so Please bear with me. Most suggest to cut the bolt and remove the LCA . I’ll probably try to remove the bushing and save the LCA. ‍♂️
I don’t want to seem like an idiot, however any help with Part numbers and Sources would be greatly appreciated. Stick with OEM parts ?

Only use oem if you’re going to keep the truck - you can save a few hundred dollars.

And if using oem look for a local dealer that runs an online parts website. You’ll save 1/3 the cost of the arms versus walking up to your local dealership parts counter.

OP, do you live where they use road salt? This makes a huge difference in how long suspension (and other) parts last. For instance, I live in the heart of the rust belt. When I bought my new 2021 4Runner, I drove it for 4 months - 3 of them winter - before I pulled my alignment cam bolts out to thoroughly coat them with Never Seize to prevent them from corroding and locking up like yours. This is what they pretty much all looked like. Oh, and OEM hardware comes with much better coatings to prevent rust than aftermarket. See why they freeze up now?

So, for those that say aftermarket hardware holds up just fine, that may be true - if you live in Arizona.

Even here in the rust belt, OEM Lower Control Arms regularly last 150,000 miles. How many miles do you have on your Moogs?

Haha, my old OEM arms are fine with 110k, the cam adjusters failed. The new moogs looked and felt the same. I wheel my truck, so I am concerned about strength and such. And they are fine, and have been fine.
I’d install moogs again in a heartbeat. Actually I did, on a 1st gen taco I’ve been working on.

are OEMs better, sure. Are Moogs fine, yes they are.
