I'm digging mine. At 6'4" I could use a little leg room. These allowed me to slide the seat forward a little and Jack the seat back up. I'm pleased.

 

That's awesome and you bring up a good point. With the front blocks installed, a lot of folks have moved there seat up for a more comfortable position.

Just curious, I have an issue where my knees are really close to the wheel even when it is fully up and telescoped outward. Would these help me at all because in my mind it seems like it would worsen that problem for me.

 

These will allow you to have your seat further back with leg support but I'd be cautious if you're already having issues with your knees hitting the steering wheel.

Maybe others who have them can chime in.

My wife has been complaining about how uncomfortable my seats are for years now. She stuffs a lumbar pillow behind her back every time she sits in my truck.

I just picked up 2 sets of spacers to see what all the hype was about. These made a huge difference in comfort! I’m in my truck for 2-3 hours every day, can honestly say after having them in for a week, I can’t imagine pulling them back out! I’m 5’11”, I ended up sliding my seat forward slightly, reclined back a click or 2, raised my steering wheel slightly, now everything just feels “right”. Plus my wife is happier which is really all that matters . After moving the seat back around a little, she skips the lumbar pillow now.

These are high quality pieces, very happy with my purchase!

 

Interesting to see raising the front of the seat. Many have raised the rear of the seat for improved comfort. What is the ergonomic difference?

I think it boils down to individual preference, height, and length of legs or torso. Lifting the front will provide additional thigh support which seems to help quite a few people. If you have open space under your thigh, this will bridge the gap.
