FS: Morimoto XB Gen 2 LED Headlight Assemblies

These are the latest Morimoto headlights, a significant upgrade in output over the Gen1 units and the highest output plug and play headlight available for the 3rd Gen Tacoma. Full review in post #4548 here. Lights were never vehicle mounted and only used for bench testing. Perfect condition.

These retail for $1350 + tax. Selling for $1000. Local pickup preferred.

These were purchased to test and evaluate performance briefly in this post here, never installed on a truck or seen rain outdoors. These lights have a significantly improved low beam over stock. These are in perfect condition, exactly as new. $1000 + shipping. I take PayPal or ApplePay, or local pickup.

I was thinking USPS priority meaning you could have these in a couple days, but buyer can also choose UPS if desired. Buyers choice.

For shipping quote reference the Original Morimoto shipping box is 29"x26"x13.5" and 28.9lbs.

These lights were purchased for full retail ($1250) in order to get the first initial batch and not have to wait for the group buy fulfillment, which is often deprioritized by manufactures for new product releases, as they ship to the customers that pay full price first.

I typically post my light sales here (you can see I've sold many), but that is a 2nd Gen section and these are 3rd Gen lights.

 

Does the 5 year warranty still apply? I am extremely interested and very local to you.

 

Is it possible to change out the bulb if need be?

 

TRS says their warranties on non-transferable. Though typically on a product of this expense and caliber the products warranty is spec'd so products would rarely need it. However, if something did come up I could always submit a claim on your behalf.

Real LED headlights like these are completely sealed units. There are no servicable parts to replace by the end user.

 

Freaks me out that the warranty isn't transferable and youre pretty sol if the light goes out until it can be fixed. Morimoto does make good products though. Thanks for the info
