Dosn't have an odometer but it's less than 250 miles, it has a full skid /case guard, I don't know the jet kit brand, but know it was the best available for it. Located in So Cal, San Diego County, was told this is the easier model to make street legal. It is electric start.

Not to pee in your wheaties dude but you're a little steep.

I got my 2001 400s for 2k and it just needed a carb rebuild. Which your bike should get if it's been sitting for 5 years. I've seen a completely loaded well-maintained DRZ going for $3300. Get down in the 3s if you actually want to sell it.

Has not just set, started and ridden to keep it maintained. not in a big hurry to let it go, the shop where I bought it said to start at 4500, like I said the bike is like new. I'm sure there is alot of great steals w/ the "change" in the economy, I blew my knee out shortly buying it in 2006 and it can't take the abuse anymore. luni don't worry about the pee! No worries from me. Thanks for your input.

Just tryin to give you a little insight from someone who just bought a used DRZ;)

Also, try craigslist if you haven't posted it up already. Always just thought craigslist was a good way to kill time at work, til I needed to offload some extra crap and buy a used bike. Sold a couch, bed frame, and bought my bike on craigslist in no time at all. A detailed write up with no BS will sell quickly.
