    Sorry about that.

If you want to purchase a kit and pick it up, I can walk you through the install it's fairly easy.

I'm located in South San Jose.

Sounds good! How hard is it to do a switch to control the led? Rather than the tailgate push button

A cab mounted switch isn't difficult I can make you a tool for pulling the wire through the fire wall and include the extra wire for no charge.

Bed mounted switch is easy also, just have to drill a hole in plastic. If your not comfortable doing that I can dlill it while your here.

Oh wow that's awesome! Is your remote a popular choice? Seems pretty awesome but would it work with either of the other options as a back up? Thanks for answering all the questions. I plan on saving up for your hood and bed kits!

Yes the remote is popular and handy. All of my kits have the bed mounted switch and the remote is an add-on.

can this kit be wired to work with the 2016 outside bed light (the one above the cab) or how is it wired might be a better question. It would be nice to have it hooked to the outside lamp.

Yes with the use of a relay.

Currently I do not have install instructions for wiring to the oem switch.

If you have a meter I can walk you through finding the wire on the back of the switch.

How do you usually wire these? Where do you put the switch? Wire directly to power with a switch between ?

Dood the bed light install is like a 15 minute job hardest part is running the wire to the battery and keeping it away from the exhaust

wire them as you see fit for your needs.

put the switch wherever you think it will best suit you for your needs (in cab, waterproof switch in bed of truck)

wire it directly to the battery (will be able to turn on even if truck is off), or wire it to turn off when truck is off... whichever better suits your needs.

doesn't seem like you've ever done any electrical work on your truck - may be best to leave it to a professional.
