In order to be certified USDA organic the conventional neighbor must be a sertain radial distance away.
USDA organic standards are pretty firm. It costs a lot of money to get that label too. Not anyone can claim to be organic.

I agree with you though. There are a lot of snake oil treatments out there. But honestly that is there with EVERYTHING even general knowledge stuff. How many people do you know still change their oil every 3k?

That's what drives me nuts. Everything has to be made into a controversy.

There is no shame in that if you buy really shitty dino oil or use recycled oil.

If you use synthetic you should be slapped upside the head. Not only are you pissing away time and money but pure synthetics in a well maintained vehicle should last 10k.

    Expensive, good oil.
Have you seen what Torspd has under the hood of his truck? May explain his OCI.

Just the essentials and no extra fluff.
My Tacoma usually only gets Chevron gas, so I don't think there is much benefit to an additional cleaner. The Civic probably gets 50/50 Fred Meyer and Safeway gas to Chevron, probably still enough to not bother with anything extra. The work van usually only gets Fred Meyer and Safeway gas so I'll occasionally add some Techron to the tank. If you only use "Top Tier" gas then I don't think there is any benefit to anything extra.

I like Amsoil if Im going to get expensive oil...also use Techron and seafoam...Doesnt seem to hurt anything in the vehicles Ive driven. MPG stays steady...If you really want to check your injectors take it to one of those quick lube places...and get the fuel injectors cleaned...

No don't do this. Those quick lube places don't know squat about injectors and are selling snake oil.

What is y'all's opinion about using one of these cleaners on a vehicle that has never had it's injector system cleaned out or had a product used on it.

My old man used to always rail on about too much gunk being built up then breaking loose when you clean it out causing problems

Is this a myth I've always wondered I'd like to use some cleaner in mine with 30,000 miles

I use this ran it in all my bikes and jet skis (toys) because they would typically sit so I throw it in my truck as well because :spy: she usually sits also...... cant tell any difference but I run it in my commuter 2003 mazda protoge and i can definitely tell a difference when I use it alot smoother of an idle seems to perform better.
