Here is a trick one of my employees showed me. Everytime I disconnect the rear driveshaft, no matter how careful I am it separates, he told me to wrap it in duct tape. You can still move it in and out a bit, but it wont come apart. Works pretty damn good!

Rear driveline is dead on inline according to my digital angle finder. The test will be taking it to work next week to let it rip on the highway for a bit in various gear combos.

I think I have officially licked this vibration. Driveline is buttery smooth now with some slight vibes due to axle wrap. No more drive train flopping around.

Studying and prepping to get back into some real offloading and taking a break from this POS.
My friend from college has been polluting my brain with ideas of going halves on a plane with him, and somehow the math is working out...

Going wheeling this week, time to start the wrenching and thrashing LOL. Actually just need to swap that damn idler pulley that's making all kinds of noise, pack up all my spare parts and tools, and do a good underbody inspection to ensure nothing is cracked.

I had to get something bigger, family was growing. It only had 43K on it, custom leather seats, bitchen stereo, matching color shell, real nice wheels/tires, and was in nearly perfect condition. Someone came along and paid what I wanted, went out and bought a Suburban. I am still looking for a real nice 1st gen. Take care Brother.
