07 Tacoma 4x4 SR5 TRD

Quick question. Is the four wheel drive control on the dash of an 07 backlit? I'm trying to determine if I have a burnt out bulb or if it's just not illuminated. It would seem odd if it wasn't.

If so...how does one access it?
