Any idea when you'll have door sills to fit a 2015 access cab. Having the door sills that only covers the front and access door areas are my only concern. Don't require anything around the lower door latch.

Here's an install video performed by TundraGeeks.com member "SGT_Okinawa" on his Tundra. The installation is the same on Tacomas, Tundras and Sequoias.

Don't know if it has been mentioned, but it appears that Toyota has resigned the door sill protectors for 2016, that now wrap around the sill. Still prefer G-Tek's aluminum over Toyota's vinyl.

I apologize if this has been asked already but would I be able to apply this OVER my current Toyota ones?

You 'could', but I wouldn't suggest it. You can take a hair dryer and heat them up a bit, they peel right off.

I'd say definitely not. I mean they can but it would not be the greatest application.

I supply my door sill protectors to a couple Toyota dealers and one has mentioned no one buys these plastic ones, they prefer powder coated aluminum. :)

These are not designed to fit over any other sill protector, they're designed to place on to a bare sill.

I'm shooting for the last week of September if I follow through with the free shipping, I'm just slammed right now.

Looking at that pic made me cringe a little bit. I have so many small but deep scratches on my door sill from sand.

I put mine over the current Toyota protectors. I had a hard time trying to peel them off, and they are so thin that the G-Teks fit right over them.

I kept the original protectors on to eliminate the bare gap shown below, between where the G-Teks ends and the molding begins.

Since you already have the 90 degree angle bent and I assume there would be 2 pieces per side. One front and back of the door latch. Don't you just need the length of the front and back sill plates.

Or do you need the radius of the vertical face plates?

Just trying to help, I may be your test rat if you haven't found one yet.

One word of warning... The 3M strips are not meant to stick to plastic. It is designed to adhere to vehicle paint, gloss powder coat, chrome, or any smooth metallic surface.
