    Hey guys,
I have a set of 4.88 gears for sale I had bought for my 2008 Tacoma. These are brand new never installed still in the box. They are G2. They list for 188 per differential. Includes 2 pinion gears 2 ring gears. Had to trade my yota for something bigger and these were just sitting in the garage. $225 bucks and there yours. I'll pay shipping.
    Thanks Matt

    Hey guys,
I don't believe these are for an elocker. My truck didn't have one. They are 8''. I strongly suggest looking up the part number before buying that's why I snapped a pic. Sorry about the confusion. Please help me pass the word along I'd like to find these a good home. Thanks for the help and info.

Are you sure @Basikbiker? 2-2041-488 (from what I find) is for 8 inch. 2-2056-488 is the 8.4 as best I've found

8in diff is the ELocker diff. 8.4 is the non ELocker diff. If you have a TRD off road then it's an 8

My truck was a 2008 2.7L sr5 4x4. I very well may have ordered the wrong set up for my truck at the time. Idk.
I would definitely check with the part number to be certain and ask other to chime in.
