    That's the plan:

    So far:

2016 Tacoma TRD OR - Loved the truck, but hated the auto trans
2018 4Runner - Loved it, but sold when I bought my house
2008 Tacoma 4x4 Reg Cab - Awesome, but no power or interior room
2010 Tacoma 4x4 DC OR - not great gas mileage, limited power while towing, wanted an SUV for more cargo room
2015 4Runner Trail - Better gas, still not happy with towing, miles getting high

    2003 GX 470 - ???

Now that I got the GX, my plan is to start flipping some more cars.

That’s funny I too have 2016 trd OR and an 06 gx470. I have been contemplating getting rid of the Lexus as it’s due for a fair amount of scheduled service (220K) and not sure it’s worth sinking the coin into it or just move on. The Lexus is actually my wife’s and if we did get rid of it we likely would get another one 1014 or newer with sub 100k miles.

Then there’s part of me that wants to get rid of my truck too and get a little beater and wait for car prices to go back to normal. I know people believe this is the new normal but I just don’t think it’s sustainable long term.

I’d sell the GX right now if you can. They are super high. Prices will go back down in about 6mos. I’d sell now while the market is crazy and you don’t need the extra car

I had this exact thought yesterday. If I could figure out getting to/from work for the next couple of months, I'd list my truck tomorrow and wait for the model year end clearance deals that tend to start in August.

Any preferences on MT tires for Georgia back woods? Reading through reviews I'm wondering if wet GA clay is closer to Ice/Snow than traditional mud. Any advice on best performing MT for GA clay? Currently running Nitto Ridge Grappler and happy with their on road performance but looking for something a bit more aggressive. Now that my commute is shorter and we have committed to only visiting the office when it is actually useful on road performance is less of a concern.

    Size is 285/70/r17

Put it up, sell it and buy something cheap for a few months. I pushed my Bronco to MY22 so I can get the Sasquatch and 7spd Manual Trans.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I would roll with the new Geolanders myself. Check them out

Several pages about how awesome these tires are...wish I'd have gone with them...sometimes. Other times I'm glad I went with the less aggressive AT. But if I were to go with an MT, the Yoko Geo G003 would be it.

I am actually about to order a set of 35s in the geolander. I will be posting back my impressions.

I had 35in Cooper STT M/T on my 4runner. I think it was before they made the pro. They were the best M/T tire I ever used. Only can compart to the BFG M/T, Procomp M/T, and MT Baja claw.
They balanced well, good tread life, and worked great off road. For a 35 inch tires on a sas 4runner they road just as smooth as my 99 honda accord haha.
No experience with the pro but based on my experience with its predecessor, I'd be willing to give them a try if I was looking for an M/T tire.
    This is what I had.

Yes sir they have a cult following. They are a nice tire for the money. Out of all the tires I have had, I never owned these. I have always drunk the cool-aid on trying out the new shit. One day I will get a set of these to see what the hype is about. But it will be after the new Geolanders...have you seen those. Straight up badass man

Oh the Geolanders most certainly hold their own in the M/T world. Never heard a bad thing about them. To be honest the Cooper STT's kinda fell into my lap. When I was in CO, a guy in a CJ just bought them and a week later put them on CL b/c he decided he needed 37's so I picked them up off him for $400 and they had less than 100 miles on them.
But if I were getting new ones now, I wouldn't hesitate to get the Geolanders either. They have a stellar reputation behind them.
I'm a fan of this tread pattern.

Did they change the pattern or is this a completely different tire?

The Kenda Klevers seem to be getting a lot of hype. I have no personal experience and I think they are more of an aggressive A/T rather than a M/T.

They do come in some attractive skinny sizes though if that’s your thing.

Yes. They closed out of their inventory of the predecessor about 6 or 7 years ago. Frame of reference, I was still in my first house in TX when I almost ordered a set for like $75 / tire from tirerack.com

Ha, had no idea. Thought people were still buying the original like 3-4 years ago. Guess not. I really need to pay attention more lol.
