    I'll have to look at them again but the brackets were up against the lip on the underside of the body. I didn't see any way to bring them out more. But they do look to stick out more on your sig pic.

    I know this is not a sales thread ... but I have a ton of good stuff to sell in the next month when I get it together.

    Will take some pics and post them later. Some of this stuff I do NOT want to ship and am in a northern suburb of Atlanta where it can be picked up or meet you in the area.

    PS ... My last 3 Tacomas still live and breathe in Georgia (2 of them on TW) ... :D

    I got excited when i seen not chrome untill i seen 1st gen. I would rather have a oem black bumper than my plasti dipped chrome one.

    I got an idea does anyone with a base model have a black bumper that they want to trade for a chrome one?

    Anyone around Marietta know how to install a safari snorkel? I'm not exactly confident in my ability in doing that...expensive mistakes aren't my thing.

    Never done it. I don't think I would go through water deep enough to justify one and I don't want to submerge my winch motor. But if you wanted help, I'll cut your fender :D
