Gage Cluster Cover Scratched/Cracked

Well....today i took my baby to be hand washed at a good place....been taking our two Lexus's there for years with no issues....today I had her washed and as I got in, i noticed two four inch long scratches/cracks.....one from right of the fuel indicator and the other about an inch above the fuel gage.....I got the manager and he said the guy doing the detail told him they were there and he did not clean the dash......they denied it and i ti=old them if he did not do it then the guys doing the cleaning before wash did.......the manager said well he doubts that and there is nothing they can do......needless to say i was pissed but kept my cool and left...told them they would be hearing from me later via a small claims court....

So, has anybody here had a cracked gage cluster and replaced it or change out the cover? Is it even possible.....

What's interesting about that link is the part from Toyota 83852-04F00 says GLASS, Combination meter.
Its not glass, its plastic, so why do they call it glass ???
It should say cheap plastic combination meter.
