    Too much.
Mine stopped working. Not sure if a battery issue or not as of yet. Going to take a look tonight.

Yeah. I'm skeptical, it was a brand new battery.

Sometimes mine is a little finicky. I’m nit using the greatest remote (in terms of transmitting power). Where I have my button placed sometimes I have to press a few times to get the garage to open. Try pulling the remote and aiming without interference and use the switch you have see if it works. If not then some more tests will for sure need to be done.. let us know

What are you running as the push button in the truck

an on off switch I converted to momentary. worked flawlessly other than range for months. Not too concerned, thinking of relocating the remote for range sake, but that remote I used was very old (16 years old)....

Why not just save yourself the hassle and buy a homelink mirror from ebay?

because some people like to do small projects and save $110 to use towards other things, such as suspension, audio upgrades, etc....

Because some have the materials to make a switch from scratch at home for dirt. Even homelinks will encounter issues. Some will go that route and that’s good for them. This is just another option for those who like to tinker

Could and have considered this, but this would be far cheaper. This would also be a great mod for the wifes runner as it is only a sr5 model and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that the OR does.

It’s fun to do little projects outside the box. And for dirt cheap it’s an easy mod why spend money on eBay when you most likely have the parts at home

I’ve got a bunch if wiring to do during Xmas break, want to hook my switch pro so this would be a good time to do this as the dash will be apart for other things.

I got around to installing the meso LSP7. When I looked for the garage door button at both aob and ch4x4, there were none available. Does anyone have a current source?

    Thanks!

Could try looking for a momentary switch via eBay or make a custom one on Ch4x4 page. Not sure if they all have been discontinued if what

I have a momentary at home, but in that case, the opener can just continue to live in the left side cubby. :D

ch4x4 custom is a lot of $$ compared to aob. I'll just stay on the lookout and maybe ping aob. I need a few others also for future mods.

    Thanks!

I have a few that I'm not using anymore if you are interested. I think the LED is burnt out on at least one of them (not the backlight LED, but the one when the switch is pushed) I ended up going with a homelink mirror to free up some switch locations. I'm south of you, but could mail them.
