Also comes with one pair of used but serviceable (I believe, but sold as-is) ball joints, as well as another pair of brand-new-in-box SPC ball joints.

Energy Suspension Urethane Bumps Stops... I'm skeptical as to whether these are actually an upgrade from stock, but I've got them for some reason so I'll toss them into the package anyway and you can make your own decision. The stock bump stops should work fine with these coilovers.

That will depend on the weight of your truck. I think the coilovers should provide around 1.5-2" in the front. You could add 1/4" top plate spacers to add an additional 1/2" lift without negative repercussions. I have a 4-cylinder access cab with a cap on the bed, and I was expecting to get about 2" front and rear over stock. I am available to meet this weekend.
