I recently started up with these sort of switches on the dash for the same purpose.

Does the one below the HVAC sit flush with the panel since its starting to round off? I think Im going to have to use a similar small push button somewhere discrete

It somewhat didn’t so I used a rubber o ring to sit behind it to fill in void prior to tightening back.

Finally got my set up done. It was a bitch routing wires up there but it gives me a lot of space to grow into.

Just saw your for sale post in Ridgecrest so came to check out your build. I'm just a hop skip and a jump over here in Bako. I'm still a newbie to all this but have been having a lot of fun taking the kids to your neck of the woods in the El Paso Mountains. Let me know if there's every any group rides or anything planned out there -- I want and need the experience! :)

As for camper shells: I picked mine up at Pennsingers down here in Bako. They've got decent stock on hand of all the major manufactures and are helpful and knowledgeable... if you're ever in the area you might stop by and give 'em a visit.

Wired in the 3rd brake light for the shell and ran power for the dome. Also did a 5% ceramic tint all around. Camper shell is good to go now!
