Looks like a good idea, but 60 for a piece of metal with two holes drilled into it. Hmmmm.

It's also cut and sized for proper alignment. I've researched other similar pedal spacers and they are more expensive than what I offer (no one offers one for our application), remember what you're seeing isn't the final milled version.

You can't even see it, who cares if it's pretty. It just seems high for something I could do with two squares of aluminum 3/4 inch thick and a drill bit.

I won't pee on your thread anymore just don't see it....

    Good luck.

Because that's not the type of work I do. I've had that realization as well. The idea of having a product that isn't as good as it can be irks me out more than talking to my ex-wife.

Hey, this is a pretty cool product! I always liked the pedal alignment in my truck because the gas and brake were close to the same plane. On other vehicles I've driven there's way more difference making it harder to downshift properly. I've never driven a vehicle where the gas and brake were on the exact same plane, you have me curious now.

Also, what's this about hand throttles? Just curious what you guys are using them for.

Idk how much use I'd have for this the 2.7's rpms drop like a rock while shifting. Might help out with hand throttle though. I'll have to do some figuring. @weldo there's a link to my build in my signature. Towards the end of the first post is a link to my hand throttle write up.

Is this Thailand where you haggle on the street for half an hour over $20? Lowest I can go is $50 plus the $6.45 for priority mail. For you I'll even name my new pricing the "updated Ed based pricing"
    :bananadance:

Did I mention the video? Probably not yet because I just made it. We got a video. This is starting out on a hill with minimum throttle input

I immediately saw the hand throttle potential - and that's all I care about. I'll report back and let you know if it changes anything else for me.

I like the demo. Looks like a solid product. Now let's just see how it reviews I'm definitely curious about this "hunk of metal".

The list should be getting shorter as I complete mods, right? It seems to actually be getting longer.

You don't need any of that if you know how to drive a manual transmission.

The only use for a hand throttle is if you are handicapped or you are driving a tractor plowing a field.

I don't "need" it, but it will make some of the things I do easier. Ever drag a cow pasture at 3 mph for several hours? It's really nice to have air conditioning, music, and not have to keep your foot on the throttle. That's just one of the many reasons I'm doing this. Please don't turn this into that kind of thread - Take it to the "what pisses me off about all manufacturers" thread or that new "ethanol vs. straight gas" thread.

LOL! That is what the tractor was made for.....

I would never use my truck for that. It can't be good for it.

    I'm finished anyway.
