It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
Is anyone affected by the fire? Is there anything we can do to help?

I have family that lives in western NC. They said some days the smoke is so thick it is hard to breathe. I guess it depends on which way the wind is blowing. Hopefully they will be put out soon. We are getting rain here, hopefully it is making its way down there too. From what I have read, they suspect arson.

We were out there election week to see the Christmas Lights and you could see and smell smoke then. I hope and pray that this rain puts the fires out and everyone is ok . We enjoy going out there when we can.

2 friends own cabins just outside of Gatlinburg. I understand both burnt to the ground.

I've been collecting water and snacks and stuff to take to the shelters. I made a run up there's yesterday with a truck bed full of water to one of the shelters that are housing people who've been misplaced by the fire.
