So pleased with the new stance of the truck! I do rub a little bit at full lock in either direction, but I haven't trimmed yet. The Hypertech calibrator made it a breeze to adjust the speedometer, very happy with that investment as well.

The issue I have to address is that the TPS light comes on. Anyone get this? Is there something I am missing?

Your TPMS issue might require you to take a trip to the stealer-ship to get your sensors reprogrammed. Are you positive you got your old sensors installed in your new wheels? I've read somewhere that alloy wheels require alloy sensors and that steel wheels won't accept alloy sensors. That might be your issue. The stealer-ship should be able to check the pairing of your sensors to your truck.

    ^Thanks for the info!

To avoid stealership prices, I made an appointment right after work to go back to the tire shop.

I called and talked with the manager who said to bring it in after work. I will be going straight there and I will be damned if I am going to pay for anything done today; especially if they did not educate me on anything or if they broke a sensor.

Once this is resolved, I will NOT be going back there again; Yelp here I come! :typing:

    Will check back in afterwards.

    OK, here we go:

Took the truck in, they had it for about an hour or so and they used their scanning tool to check each sensor. They found that the rear passenger sensor is not working properly. It is working though. What they told me is that with a pressure gauge the reads 34-35 PSI on each tire. The rear passenger tire according to the scanning tool reads 78 PSI  although it reads 34-35 on a tire gauge

Anyways, I had a discussion with the manager saying that the sensor was working perfectly before they got their hands on it and something changed from Sunday am to Sunday pm and they were the only ones that had it. They are going to order me a new sensor and I will be taking it in tomorrow am. They will take it apart and check out the stock sensor, if they can re-program it, great it's fixed. If it's broken and they have to replace it, the sensor will be there ready to go. All free of charge and under warranty.

    Happy geekhouse :)

How did you end up mounting the 30" Light bar in the lower Grill?
I know you mentioned the Rigid vs. Ghetto Fab, but i never saw your technique. I like how its slightly hidden and isn't sticking out of the front like a set of childhood braces.

The LED bar spans the opening in the lower grill. Behind it is the aluminum crash bar that provides a perfect mounting surface in regards to height for the light to shine through. Simply drilled pilot holes on each side into the crash bar and used self tapping screws into it. Simple, inexpensive and solid mounting for the LED bar. Didn't even have to remove the bumper.

Awesome! Did the AVEC Light you bought from Mikevee come with the mounting brackets? Would you mind taking a top down picture showing the mounting points?
