    Absolutely love it....

I really wanna mount mine that way..what's involved? Custom crossmember? Close up of shock mounts on the axle?

I REALLY don't wanna have to run spacers to keep the wheel off the shocks

Well I'm not inboard, I'm going with BAMF relocate.
There is a lot of room there so we will see.

My decision to strap the rear will be made if the driveline gets too harsh of an angle at droop.

Yeah I just made a new one out back and used a couple sandwich plates so I could remove it if I needed to change the shock angle. All the material was leftover scrap I had from building bed rack and a few other projects I had done.

The axle mounts are 1/4" and are mounted "sideways" to minimize any bind from side to side motion as the axle articulates. I see alot of people mount the shocks with the heims/bushings mounted the other way (forward to back on the axle) and often wonder why, but maybe the binding is not an issue.

I also mounted the top in double sheer, didn't want a bolt or tab to break and send a shock flying into my bed or under a tire LOL. I've seen others just use a bolt welded to the crossmember in single sheer but to add the extra tab added minimal work for a better setup

There are arguments back and forth about angling the shocks inward and not having as good response but I had mine valved from DSM stiffer to compensate for the angle, my truck drive fine up to 80 mph and I've towed my 4runner a good distance without issue with this setup as well.

Thanks dude! Looks REALLY good! If you were to sell the old crossbar, I would take it :anonymous: and some axle mounts :spy:

Just dakars with AAL, no spacers or shackle flip, with BAMF relocation.

Only need to strap the rear if you are going to completely droop the shock.. Which won't happen with dakars or all pro springs.. To my knowledge. Or if you want to keep it from to much droop but my dakars are fully drooped with about 2" of shock travel left iirc
