Seems like $164.99 gets you a die, and the axle. Only if you selected the "no thanks" would you not get an axle (and you'd pay $144.95-but I'm confused by the +$-20 thing). Bearings would be extra...

Seem like a good bender 600 bucks with die, 80* in one swing, plus they're coming out with a 2" die in december

The drop down menu implies that if you opted for the $164, you get a die and an axle-he should make it right and if the pricing is wrong, fix his website.

They try to explain why a small bend is ok but Score will not allow a 4.5" CLR on 1.75" tube. Center line radius has to be at least 3x the width of the tube, or 5.25" CLR on a 1.75" tube

In the context of the discussion, they're saying the amount of tube collapse on a 4.5" bend is not a big deal. And in many applications it probably isn't. However, if you're building a competition cage or chassis, then you'd be wise to check the rules and if that means 5.25" CLR, then that's what the rule means.

They have a 5.625" CLR die for 1.75" tube

I was going to build one just like the got trikes bender but after builing all the 1/2" (even rem steel), pins, drill bits, tube, die, It's just doesn't seem worth it

    I love this thread :D

We came out with that die about 3 months ago, meets specs for many racing bodies, and brings the deformation down a bit. Thanks for posting that we had it

The DIY bender from build plans you are talking about is a nice machine for sure, but unless you get a used die and can get more used dies, you will spend more on it than you will on ours. It will also take a few days to make it, depending on what you use to drill holes...

Build thread in sig... 4-link long travel
So where's everyone like to get their rod-ends? i'm rebuilding my off road trailer suspension. ditching the leafs and 4-linking it. i've purchased from ballistic fab and ruff stuff specialties before, and am happy with both. just curious if anyone had other sources for rod-ends that they liked.
