    Other way..tubing is outside diameter and pipe in inner diameter. Haha

    So no..I think most bed racks are 1.5-1.75 tubing. 2 is a bit big for that

    1.75" tube is probably the most used size in off road fab.

    I don't think they offer any kits or anything but throw a bolt in there and I guess you're good to go.

    I would add a thrust bearing to the mix as well. Mine are from Barbed wire offroad, but he is small time anymore. Awesome dies though!

    Just the side you are turning. Typically and should usually be the nut side. The idea is to eliminate the friction between what you are turning and the face of the die it is riding against.
