So I did the mirror swap with temp sensor install a couple weeks ago. Now all of a sudden I am getting intermittent times when the temp drops from current temp of 70-80 degrees to 30 degrees. It seems to reset after some time. It’s completely random so far. Only common thing I have noticed is that the temps are in the 70’s f when this happens. Any ideas??? Faulty sensor? I checked and there is no obstruction or debris on the sensor. It’s mounted on the center pillar in front of the radiator just above the AC sensor.

There was an upgrade to the sensor. I had the same issue.

I did mine in 2018. They found that the sensor had changed and sent me another. I had the same issue. It was 128 degrees here and the sensor showed 70.
