    Has anyone bought a set of these? Wondering how they perform offroad im lokking for a set of rock sliders

    These are meant to be just side steps. They mount to the rocker panel. They will protect from parking lot door dings but that's about it. Expect to pay twice the price for actual sliders.

    Real sliders can be had for as low as 350 to 475, just need to keep your eyes open on this site. Demllo off road had some about a month ago for bolt on (to frame) for 350 and a local member here in LA is building my set for 475. Deals can be had. Just keep looking. I have a set of those tygers and they lasted about 4 trips as real slider. I bought them to test them out.

    Damn... I wouldn't have expected them to last that long on rocks..... Totally right about the deals too. I've seen them around that price also.
