Getting motorcycle out of truck bed without unhitching a trailer?

Hey all, possibly-dumb question here: when you're out towing a camper/trailer with an ATV or motorcycle in the truck bed, do you have a custom ramp that curves to one side so the quad/bike can get off the tailgate from the corner, without unhitching the trailer? In the case of a small(er) bike, guess a standard ramp can just be rested on the tailgate's side edge and the bike turned 90-deg & pushed up/down that way.

I'm planning to buy a Rockwood Mini Lite and a Honda dirt bike next year and hit the road in the '07 4x4 Taco...

 

You will be far safer to remove the trailer. when I am loading something heavy in the bed I want it as stable as possible. that means no turns.

 

Id take a dirtbike off sideways and not worry too much, no on a streetbike and not possible with a quad.
