I'm just suggesting that you don't force it. Ball busting aside, I hope that it works out for the best, either way.

Codependent relationships rarely turn out well. It's worse when 1 person is dependent and the other isn't.

Be single for as long as it takes to not feel the need to have someone else in your life. It will do wonders for you.

im not dependant on her. i am going out with her....if i wasnt, shed just be a girl i was f'in. thats the difference between going out with someone, and just dating around for fun. going out with someone is a little more serious and time should be invested into it. just my opinion of course ;)

    The key is to live.

Single people who sit around the house playing video games and watching tv get that way.

Single people who go out rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, mounting biking, traveling, etc. don't.

Know how full life can be on your own and you'll have more confidence than you can imagine. You'll be able to bring those experiences and the resulting perspective to whatever relationship you eventually find yourself in and will enhance someone else's life through it all. The key at that point is to find someone who equally enhances your own life, but at that point you won't settle for anything less anyway so it's not really a concern.

I read what you said and proposed my theory as to why this is not working. I didn't miss anything. If you disagree then fine, I was wrong.

I work 5 days a week and my boyfriend comes home around 7, 8, or 9 pm from work. I'm usually exhausted since I get up earlier and fall asleep around 10 or 11. In the past 8 months, he spent nearly every evening and weekend in the garage working on the truck. However, he still managed to spend time with me when I asked for it.

She is choosing not to spend time with you. However, to directly answer your question, no, I do not have any suggestions because like previously mentioned, if she wanted to spend time with you... she would.

    That's it, point blank.

Screw you guys. I'm going home.

Martie, you've got about 20-30 minutes to finish up with your client...
