Goethe forest versus Citrus Wildlife management area versus Croom Wildlife area?

    I'm planning where I buy a house entirely on where I can find cheap acreage near a drive-able forest with lots of legal fire roads.

    There is more affordable land near Dunnellon/Levy county and the Goethe state forest but I've never been there. What is it like? Anyone here know if there are a lot of roads in there cars are permitted on?

    I know the Citrus management area...

    What about the Croom wildlife management area? (not the motorcycle area but the forest itself)
