Hello all, Ive been snooping around these forums for some time now and I thought I'd let everyone see how my truck turned out.. Im a firm believer in the "It looks better in person" expression, but knowing many of you wont be able to see it in person, I guess this is the next best thing!

I just bought a 2010 DC and am looking to do the same lift but am very new to lifts. Can you tell me exactly what you did? I see Toytec Ultimate lift but did everything you need come with it or .....

I believe it had the rear add a leaf option. they also ordered me some u bolts if I remember correctly. The front is fully bolt on so not all that much can go wrong hahah. I'll try to find out exactly what the shop I had it done at ordered and get back to u!

 

Just a little update: yesterday I ordered a RBP grille with the Chrome studs that'll match the wheels and a borla catback with dual tips out the right side.. pics next week!

 

your truck looks higher than 3 inches..are you a 4x4?

 

Don't mean to sound egotistical but I get that a lot and to be honest I have no idea how or why it ended up so high.. in those pics it had actually settled a bit, it was higher at first. And nope, its a prerunner. I test drove the 4x4 trd sport and I dunno why but it didnt feel as smooth so I went with the 4x2. If I would've been able to see the future and knew i was gonna lift it anyways I would've gotten it hahah.. lifes a b*tch like that

I'm glad to see people moving to the Nitto Trail Grapplers. I love mine, they are awesome!

What tint are you running? 15% , 5%?

 

yeah theyre nice tires. I got them because they wanted 1200 for mickey Thompson atzs which was ridiculous in my opinion. I got my trail grapplers for 960.. which is still ridiculous but not quite AS crazy hahaha. And its 20% in the front and 20 on top of stock tint in the back. I didn't wanna get pulled over but it looks really good! I wanna get the windshield done at 35.. I don't wanna go any darker because my car has 2.5% and its too dark in my opinion. You can't see anything but headlights at night and its almost unsafe turning hahaha
