    my dad has a spare grand nat engine. (v-6 90* angle) and was wondering if we could some how fit it in a taco. i know ur prolly yelling through ur computers but he was wondering.

    YEa, not worth yelling about. Not something you'd want to do. Its a car engine, maybe in an xrunner... but it was cool in its day, not a great engine or anything though. Time would be better spent and arguably with a better result if you just turboed your 1gr.

    Who wants a 25 year old car engine in their truck? If you were going to swap something, it better be an LS2.

    neglect, mostly.
    with proper wiring, engine mounts, matching transmission, endless time, and a money tree yeah it could happen.

    yeah..... that was what my dad was afraid of :p and the car it came from is in the garage behind me. it'd still have the engine, he just wanted something faster :D

    Do you even know what a GN is? Not a great engine? I wouldn't call something that can easily get into the 10's in full street trim with a/c not a great engine.

    yeah, my dad has a t-type (same gn powertrain) and has run 11.04 and still a daily driver. but i dont think the block will fit

    Really? My bone stock internal GN 3800 with just more fuel and more turbo ran flat 12's all day and never missed a beat (with 160k miles).
