GOOD DEAL? 09 DC 4wd TRD OR 16k mi

Hey guys,
I found a truck online that is a 2009 double cab 4x4 TRD Off Road w/ AUTO tranny. It only has 16k miles, and the salesman when I called said they are only asking $26,500. From what I've seen at other dealers and online, that sounds like a pretty good deal. I know options may affect that price slightly as I'm not 100% sure on every option it has. I figure if they are asking that I can maybe get them down to say $24k(at least that's my threshold). What do you guys think? I know today might be a good haggling day as it's month end and a holiday. Thanks! Thomas
