IMO, I think his price is way high. It's a 1999 and he's the second owner. I know it has low miles but you can find a lot of other Tacomas with more upgrades for way less. That's my opinion.

It looks like it's in damn near perfect condition but that's a ridiculous asking price. 11,500 would be semi-reasonable if it was a dealer. With it being a private seller he should be asking closer to 9,000ish.

thats a very high price. i bought my 03 double cab with 76k miles on it for 13k.
At that price you can get a newer model with a little more miles. Mileage isn't a big deal on these trucks because they have a tendency to run forever.

That's too high. I got an '01 DC TRD Off Road PreRunner in good condition for $9750. I wouldn't go over $9000.

It's a nice truck, but in my opinion not worth much more than $9000. Wait and see if a better deal shows up.

    The truck is super clean.

The only negative is that is has a really crappy plastic bed liner that is warping at the edges. However that is a really small negative.

The owner was giving me a story about how he bought it for 13.5, and he at least wants to get his money back. I highly doubt that.

    Thanks for the help everyone.

If you guys havent noticed, I have been looking for a taco since mid 2009 so, I'm easily equipped to "wait it out".

Factory sunroof? I thought mine was fully loaded but guess not. Might look up bluebook and show him what it is. Then work from there.

Sure looks nice...didn't see the sunroof listed on the factory window sticker.
