Been looking into getting a new set of tires. Anyone running these that could give me info on how they're holding up, road noise etc.

Had mine on for about 2k so far and I like them, definitely a little "softer" than highway tires, especially at speed, but exponentially better off tarmac. Road noise really isn't bad either, at 120 kph on the highway the wind noise is more noticeable and covers it up decently well.

I ran these in 265/75/16 LT on my '11 access cab for about 50,000 kms. Still had about half tread on them when I traded up. There was a little road noise but nothing too serious. They certainly don't howl like mud terrains. Worst thing I could say is that they "wander" on the highway. I found them very sensitive to the traffic ruts on the highway. Wet traction on the road leaves a little to be desired. Off road traction is excellent.

I liked them well enought that I had the dealer install the same tire in 265/70/17 on my '15 DCLB when I got it, but in that size they are only available in "P" series. I've only got 1000 kms on them so far, but the "P" series seems far better for ride and handling than the LT's, they are quieter too. These trucks are just too light for a LT rated tire if you're looking for a comfortable ride.

I love mine. They're awesome in the snow, and they look great.

But now that they are getting worn, they are getting LOUD.

About 8000km on mine so far... They get reasonable traction on wet pavement, but will definitely spin like most any tire if you go hard on the throttle from full stop.

They clear themselves of the heavily clay mud around here nicely, and with the right application of throttle and driving ability they should get you through a lot.

Anybody that tells you they are loud has never been in a truck with true mud tires... Though I do find they drone the most audibly around 65km/h

I tore 2 sidewalls on mine. Of the 4 sets of tires I've had on my truck duratracs held up about as poorly as the stock tires.

Plenty of other people on here have torn duratrac sidewalls too.

I know you asked about 265/70/17, I've had my 265/75/16s for over two years and they've been nothing but fantastic, on- and off-road. Plenty of tread left, and the road noise (in my opinion) is minimal; maybe because I'm used to it. I'll get them again when I get beefier 285s.

    Some of the things...
I've had 3 punctures and am greeted with flat spots every morning until they are up to temp. I love the look and the wet weather traction in town has been great. 13k miles so far. I'll run something else when I go to 33's.

Bilstein 5100's w/ Eibach coil overs in front (set at 3" of lift). Front diff drop kit. Extended Bilstein 5100's in the rear. Deaver 2" AAL in rear w/ axle shims. 285 x 75 r 16 Goodyear Duratracks. Wheelers steelies type B, AFE cold air intake. Sway bar delete. All Pro Apex front bumper (rattle canned Rustoleum primer + flat black). Plasti-dipped emblems. Mud flaps removed.
I'm running the 285/75/16's, I dig them for wheeling. No sidewall damage yet, I believe these are the 10 ply, E load rating. 12k miles on them and they still look pretty much like new.
