there are so many blogs online with mixed opinions. A decent amount of people say that these tires are hard to balance, very soft on corners and are squirrelly at high speeds.... I'm somewhat reluctant to get these.

I got mine today! Best a/t tire ever, hands down. No comparison!

Sry for shitty pics, I'm get better ones tomorrow.

2009 4x4 265/75/16 with no rubbing issues due to absence of mud flaps.

These tires are the bee's knees, my only problem is that with stock suspension the 265/75/16 size causes the front left tire to rubs the frame ever so slightly at full lock.

I bought my Dura Tracs on June 3rd the dealer never said anything about the Tread Lightly deal just a $ 20.00 mail in rebate so I mailed the 20.00 rebate form in on friday. I just found out about this deal and joined T.L.
and ready to mail in the rebate form and found that since I sent in the 20.00 rebate form that is the one I'll get. So just a heads up don't mail
in the 20.00 form just do the T.L.

Enjoy your new tires - they rock !!!

I have the 285 75 on mine. Based on that tire size calculator my speedometer should be reading low, so the truck is going faster than what the speedometter says. Is this making my odometer say I have fewer miles than I really do or more?

These tires look awesome and I plan on getting some soon.

I would like to know if I can fit 33s. I don't mind trimming whatever plastic I need to and my front flaps are already removed. I have spidertrax 1.25" spacers already installed on TRD offroad 16" rims.

I have a TRD offroad with a leveling kit that was on it when I bought it. I don't know how much lift it has, but it sits level. It's a Canadian truck, so it has the leaf pack that is the same as the TSB pack and the front is level with that. I'm guessing it's 1.75" or thereabouts.

Any idea if I can make 33's work with some trimming? I don't mind a bit of rub on full lock as long as it's not going to cause damage.

I think they came to 165 after shipping. You can get them through sears in the 10-ply version cheaper than the 6 ply for 181.00 and thats all mounted and everything else but you have to pay local taxes. If you have a sears I'd consider going through them.

That is a lot! Discount tire quoted me $187 a tire 265/75/16 two weeks ago but I think the price has gone up a bit. I would expect to pay around 900-950 with the road hazard warranty and all other state taxes. You should shop around a bit more.

I'm running 33's on mine with a similar setup. I have the rear TSB and a 2.5" leveling kit, 17" TRD Sport rims, 1.25" Spidertrax, and no front flaps. I had to trim a lot of the inner fender and the corner of the fender flare and I'm virtually rub free now. I LOVE the look of my truck and am glad I toughed-it-out and made it work. Was thinking of dropping a size to avoid the rubbing but am glad I didn't.

Just ordered 285/75R16 for my FJ TRD wheels (which just got back from powder coating) and paid $174.00 a piece.

Now I need to sell my TRD Off Road wheels!
